Con el paso del tiempo sucede a veces que dejamos pasar de largo ideas brillantes, por no prestarles atención, por desidia o simplemente por parecernos una tontería. De esta forma, van pasando los años y vamos desechando sueños, vamos llenando el cubo de la ropa sucia con viejas ilusiones pasadas de moda, con pensamientos que se nos han hecho pequeños, o promesas que han dado de sí.

With the passing of time, it happens to us that we sometimes leave several remarkable ideas aside. This fact could be due to the apathy or, maybe, our own belief that is a waste of time to a large extent. Thus, time goes by and we give up to make some dreams come true. We fill the laundry basket with old-fashioned hopes, with a series of thoughts that have turned into small ones or some promises that have stretched.

Counting some clothes

Desde Tocón Desnudo hemos decidido empezar a hacer nuestra propia colada con la lista de cosas por hacer, aireamos nuestros trapos sucios y sacudimos nuestras alfombras voladoras. Vaciamos el tintero de historias por vivir y remendamos nuestro sacos rotos.
Os invitamos a hacer un alto en el camino con nosotros para reflexionar sobre todas esas cosas que hemos dejado atrás por despiste o por falta de motivación.

As members and creators of the art project Tocón Desnudo, we have decided to do our own washing; In other words, our intention is to prioritize those to-do items of our list. We air our dirty laundry and shake the dust off of our magic carpets. We don’t want to leave anything unsaid or untried and attempt that these experiences are taken into account. In fact, we would like to invite you to stop and smell the roses with us, in order that you may reflect on all those ideas that were not developed because of the lack of concentration and motivation.
